Nolan picked up a wonderful little book last year called Stairway Walks in San Francisco, a guide that highlights dozens of walks around the city. We did the Corona Heights walk this weekend culminating in a hike up Corona Hill for an incredible view of the city. Halfway up the hill a man and his dog were enjoying the view; I couldn’t resist snapping a photo. Such a great way to explore more off-the-beaten path parts of the city. Here’s to hoping the weather is nice this upcoming weekend for another stairway walk!

Love the rusting door knob.
What a great idea for a book!
Thank you for sharing – hope I can take some of these walks someday!
