friday finds: cabin 7

I’m crazy for the gorgeous gilded goods from Cabin 7. Those vintage wood alphabet blocks have been on my wish list since they opened shop in May… I’m just having a hard time deciding what I’d like to spell out!!

common projects

Loving every single pair of shoes from Common Projects women’s collection… This could be a problem.

ming makes

Ming makes cupcakes (and cookies and other savory treats). Recipes for everything are on her site, but I wouldn’t click over if you’re hungry. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

scenes from the weekend

A few highlights from the weekend: late night pizza; dancing to soul records, courtesy of our friend Gio aka DJ Chicano; sleeping in; bead shopping and jewelry making (directions for the braided bead necklace here); hot chocolate in July; Mission Chinese Food. Hope your weekend was groovy.

friday finds: fay andrada

Stunning rings + earrings from Fay Andrada. I don’t typically wear rings – except my wedding band – but am seriously tempted by the Petra. (It kind of looks like a macaroni noodle! Or maybe I’m just hungry…)

Love these two new pieces from Wiksten, which will be available in a Thursday shop update. I’ve got my eye on that beautiful chambray ikat sundress

scenes from the weekend

Another foggy July weekend, perfect for book-reading and movie-watching (we saw Inception, and it was soooo good). We did a little bit of exploring, with a visit to the Sutro Baths. And I found a fabulous consignment shop where I scored a cute shirt and the perfect pair of jeans.

Friday Finds: Bagatelles and Co

Gorgeous, limited edition purses and clutches from Bagatelles and Co

I love the lazy summer vibe in these sun-drenched photos from the Kling summer 2010 collection. The clothes are pretty cute, too.
