I can’t stop thinking about these adorable dresses that Katie made for her girls! Without a pattern, I should add. And the color palette was inspired by a favorite book. Fabulous, no?

A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of shooting my friends Kate and Dylan for their engagement pictures. These two are so adorable together! Herewith a few favorites:

I haven’t been sewing lately, but it’s not for lack of inspiration. Looking through my bookmarks last night, I saw a trend emerge: two-tone skirt dresses. It looks like you’re wearing a shirt and skirt, but it’s really a dress! Love, love, love. I’m thinking that this will be my next sewing project. Now I just need to find the perfect fabrics…

Mentally preparing for another 90º day. In April. So I’m dreaming of sandals and sundresses, and wondering if J.Crew could make these in my size…

I’m head over heels for these beautifully delicate necklaces from French visual artist Sofia Barão. Sofia also writes a lovely blog (where she’s having a giveaway for one of her vintage wallpaper necklaces this week!).

I love clicking through the wardrobe remix pool on Flickr to see what other people are wearing. Yesterday I stumbled across Keiko Lynn and quickly bookmarked a bunch of her outfits. Her style has a vintage flair that I love, and she is not afraid of color (something I need to work into my own wardrobe)… Consider this tucked away in the inspiration folder. :)

I am a sucker for hand-drawn type, so it’s no surprise I love these gig posters from Ben Javens. See more of his work here.
